This Spring Equinox come join our Yoga For Good Annual Retreat on September 21-23 on the theme of Yoga and Creativity, for nourishing and uplifting creative yoga practices with special guest Carmella Baynie (Yoga and Sacred Sound), inspiration from Rishi Yoga Diwali (Yoga and Art), and the Yoga For Good Retreat Team.

AT THE YOGA AND CREATIVITY RETREAT

Experience a traditional fire ceremony, peace Mantras and Kirtan (yoga music) with renowned vocalist yogini Carmella Baynie, for deep connection with the elements and community.
Revitalise your body, heart and mind with 9 Yoga classes over 3 days (join as many or as few as you like!) with a variety of styles to suit all levels of experience - Hatha Yoga, Bush Walking Meditation, DRU Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation, Ryoho Yoga (Japanese elemental Yoga), and Partner Yoga, including Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Breathing Practices.
Experience Yoga Tantra and Creativity practices inspired by Rishi Yoga Diwali, such as creating your own Yantra and deep meditation techniques, such as Chakra Shuddhi and Trataka, to enhance wellbeing and activate the body’s energy centres for peace, purification and empowerment,
Relax and socialise with like-minded souls out in nature, sitting around the firepit under the stars, enjoying music together, to experience upliftment, tranquility and community, and discussion with our Yoga For Good grant recipients for inspiration.
Nourish and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul with Swami’s delicious vegetarian meals, peaceful bush environment, fruit and tea breaks, and facilities including spa, steam room, pool and gym, and maybe a massage.
Choose from a range of affordable accommodation including Single, Twin and Triple share with Ensuites, glamping and camping, to suit your needs as well as your budget.
