    Community Class with Sandra Taylor

    Sandra is sharing a Spring Yoga Class to de-stress and reset your digestion, metabolism, immunity and overall health. Spring is the best therapeutic season for a natural and holistic cleanse.

    We will be guided through gentle warm ups of the joints and pranayama to calm the system. Followed by movements to promote mobility and fluidity, to instil a sense of nurture throughout the practice. Concluding with relaxation and a short meditation to integrate on multiple levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

    Sandra has mastered spirituality over many years and with her book series 'Be You Yoga' can deepen the understanding of yourself and cultivate a heightened sense of self-love.  An accomplished yogi who and offers classes and guides others to become yoga teachers from her 'Be You Yoga' Studio.
