Yoga for Kids + Easter Crafts

Join Us for a Creative afternoon with Embers in the South!

Get ready for a relaxing afternoon of yoga and Easter crafts with Emily & Sharon. 

Yoga & Relaxation: Yoga is all about balance, focus, and a touch of fun. The kiddies had the best time in our last session.

What to Expect:

• Connecting, stretching, and exploring creativity through Easter Crafts, including Easter biscuit decorating. 
• A balanced mix of movement, relaxation, and hands-on fun.
• A welcoming space for everyone to feel comfortable and confident.

What Makes It Special: This workshop is designed for a mixed-age group, highlighting the benefits of shared experiences across different ages. We may ask the older kids to help our little kids with their crafts.

• Materials Provided: Everything is supplied—just bring your enthusiasm!
• Snacks: Fresh fruit, popcorn, and water—we’ve got you covered.

About Emily: Hi, I’m Emily! Your go-to Fun-Preneur. From leading yoga sessions to crafting beautiful cupcakes, I’m passionate about bringing creativity and positive energy to every experience. I just love working with kids, you may have seen me face painting around Woodbridge! I'm thrilled to be doing this for the kids and the community.

Please Note: Sharon will be present throughout the entire workshop, holds a WWVP card, and has completed child safeguarding training (certificate available upon request). Emily is a qualified Children's Yoga teacher.
