    This immersion is for women who are in the stages of peri - post menopause, and are looking to bring balance back to their bodies. Together we will explore the common issues that impact pelvic health which result in physical and emotional distress and leave you feeling out of control of your own body.  You will learn techniques to navigate this life transition feeling empowered and optimistic.

    Suitable for women who are moderately active and are either new to yoga or already have an established practice.


    Workshop Includes: Breath, Mediation, Asana, Yin, Yang and Restorative practices, Self-reflection, Journalling and Self-Enquiry
