    Hello, I'm Rachel and I am a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, I work as a counsellor in the Hunter Region. Through my work as a counsellor I have identified the need for yoga to support stress, fatigue, and burnout. I address these symptoms through movement, breath, somatic interventions, and some meditative practices. I intend to create a profoundly safe space that offers yoga with choice and modifications. My teachings aim is to raise personal awareness, cultivate self-care, and provide you with the tools to support yourself at home. I like to create a relaxed manner and I enjoy using humour throughout the class to bring light and fun to yoga.
