Those who know me closely know that one of the dreams that I have carried with me for many years is to graduate as a yoga teacher .. And this year life has put me on this path ✨

Although I have not yet graduated, I have learned so many things that have transformed me in such a short period of time that I felt the call to share the little I know with those who feels connected with my work.

For those who do not know, yoga is a philosophy that includes much more than the well-known body exercises (the Asanas). With Yoga we can learn different types of meditation and breathing techniques, mudras and many other practices that connect us in a very deep way with all our energetic bodies, helping us not only to raise our vibration but to connect with all layers of who we are.

For this reason, in this first phase of our yoga for the mind project we will connect with these techniques in a very simple and transformative way. In our gatherings we will break down different types of meditation, breathing techniques and mudras so that you can find out which techniques works better for you considering the beauty and complexity of being who You are. In each meeting we will also bring the study of a mantra so that with it we can take home tools that help us to raise our vibrations even more.

The structure of our night will consist of:

✨ Initial connection meditation

✨ Simple and gentle exercises with the body to help us get into relaxation and help with the flow of our prana

✨ A few minutes of theory to introduce our pranayama and mudra of the night

✨ We will end with a few minutes of connection with the mantra of the night

Lilian Amaral has been working as a holistic therapist for over 4 years with a focus on empowering psych abilities and mediumship. She is a Reiki teacher and Master of Usui Holy Fire and Amadeus Shamanic Healing, Advanced Crystal Dreamer and Theta Healer. She also works with Gypsy Healing, Pranic and Quantum Healing, Aromatherapy and flower Essences, among others.
