Yoga for Women: A 6 Week Journey

Connect with your innate wisdom and inner power

This intimate 6-week journey invites you into a sacred space where movement, ritual, and sisterhood weave together.

Each week, we will gather in circle for two hours, creating space to connect, breathe, and move intuitively—returning to your body and the wisdom it holds.

Come Home to Yourself

These sessions are about creating feelings of wellness and returning to your body through movement and rituals that nourish your entire being.

Whilst being supported in a safe and non-judgemental environment with like-minded women.

Each session will be intuitively led by Liz Wensing, holding space for what arises, allowing the energy of the group to guide the practice and sharing.

What to expect from each session?

Each weekly session will be intuitively guided and grounded in the energy of the group. We begin in circle, sharing and landing together, creating a space of trust and connection.

From there, we’ll move into gentle, embodied yoga and intuitive movement practices designed to support your body, mind, and heart. You’ll be guided through breathwork, meditation, and rituals that align with the themes arising within the group, the season, or your own inner cycles.

Some sessions may include journaling, self-inquiry, or partner work—always optional and always held in a safe, supportive environment. This is a space to be with yourself, in the company of other women, and to honour whatever is present for you. No two sessions will be the same, and each one will meet you exactly where you are.

What's included?
  • Six x two hour yoga sessions intuitively guided and facilitated by Liz Wensing.

  • Two x one hour Reiki Healing sessions (one at the beginning and one at the end of the 6 weeks).

  • Watsapp group to connect with the other women for the duration of the journey.

  • ​Ongoing support and guidance from Liz in and between sessions.

About Liz Wensing

Hi, I'm Liz. Health & Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Feminine Embodiment Practitioner, & Exercise and Movement Coach.

I have spent close to a decade working and studying in the field of health and wellness in various ways. 

From performing arts and personal training/gym instructor to administration and public health policy and becoming a mamma, my life has been rich with a variety of learning experiences. But my most profound experiences have come from personal travel, self-exploration and healing work

The path to doing this work with women has been one of deep yearning and ultimately led by small everyday miracles.

What I share with the women I work with is a culmination of my professional and personal experiences collectively. The work I do with my clients is about providing them with tools to support them in their everyday life, to connect them to their most true and authentic version of themself.

I bring perspectives from both western and eastern philosophy, appreciating the rigours of western science and the ancient traditions of yoga and meditation from India. My work incorporates both grounded practical skills and somatic, embodiment practices with the goal of guiding you to a better understanding about yourself and how you thrive in life. 

I am humbled to be doing my souls's work through yoga, embodiment and health and wellness mentoring.
