A Five-Week Experience with Cher

Come home to yourself. 🤍

When was the last time you made time just for you?

Between the demands of family, work, relationships and everyday life, it's easy to put ourselves last. We keep going, caring for others and meeting expectations, sometimes without stopping to consider what we need ourselves.

Perhaps you're craving a little more balance, feeling the effects of a busy life, or simply longing for some space to breathe, move and reconnect.

This five-week yoga experience is an invitation to pause.

A space to reconnect

Join Cher for five weekly sessions designed to nurture your connection with yourself through mindful movement, yoga, strength, breathing and relaxation.

Each session offers an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, tune into your body and give yourself the time and attention you so freely give to others.

Together, we'll explore movement that builds strength and body awareness, moments of stillness that encourage relaxation, and practices that help you feel more present and connected.

This isn't about achieving the perfect pose or pushing yourself to do more. It's about meeting yourself where you are, discovering what feels good in your body and creating space for your own wellbeing.

What you can expect

Mindful movement: Explore yoga postures and sequences to develop strength, mobility and body awareness.
Breath and relaxation: Make space to slow down, settle your mind and release some of the tension you may be carrying.
Time for yourself: Create a regular weekly ritual dedicated to your own physical and emotional wellbeing.
A welcoming community: Share the experience alongside other women in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

Is this experience for you?

Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for years, you are welcome.

You don't need to be flexible, particularly fit or experienced. You don't need to have everything figured out, either.

You might be navigating a new season of life, juggling many responsibilities, noticing changes in your body or simply feeling that it's time to prioritise yourself a little more.

All you need is a willingness to show up for yourself.

Your five-week commitment

Sometimes, the hardest part of self-care is making it a regular part of our lives.

By committing to five consecutive weeks, you're giving yourself the opportunity to return to your practice, build familiarity and establish a little more consistency in the way you care for yourself.

Five weeks. One hour each week. A space to reconnect.
