Join Lisa Mills for a senior friendly stretch yoga class. Delivered in a supportive, encouraging environment for folk who want to reduce stiffness, mitigate the ‘hunch-back’ that can creep in, regain balance and stability, and move with greater confidence and strength.


BYO towel or yoga mat if you have one.
