Yoga @ Home 5 Week Series *Online*
Event description
60 Minute Online Yoga Class - Friday morning 10-11am
Jackie will lead you through a 5 week series, shifting to a new theme each week. Each class will offer you a slow, therapeutic practice (via Zoom) that is crafted to help release tension, relax and engage muscles, increase circulation and organ function and assist in balancing your nervous system.
You don't need to leave your house, you can go at your own pace and you can be part of a community of people all coming together to breathe, move, share and relax, with opportunity to connect at the beginning and end of the call.
Please note we will come together for 2 weeks, break over school holidays (as requested) and then re-commence for a further 3 weeks.
Friday, 3 July then break
Friday, 24 + 31 July
Friday, 7 + 14 August
Exchange - $50 for the 5 week series

What do I need?
* A place to lie down, kneel and stand, either on a yoga or exercise mat or suitable floor, ideally where you will not be disturbed
* A phone or laptop to login and listen or watch.
* The link to Zoom (You will receive when you login).
* A couple of blankets, towels, a belt, a thick book or block, bolster or cushions would also be great.

I'm new to Zoom, what do I do?
Once you register you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to set up and login, tips and instructions on how to navigate this online portal. It's quite simple, just give yourself a little time before class to familiarise yourself.
