Summer Yoga Immersion

During that dreamy time of the year, as one fades and the other is yet to begin...Join me for some days of yoga.3 days, 2 sessions per day.

The morning session will begin with meditation and move into gentle asanas. 6.30- 8.30am. The afternoon will be dedicated to a more restorative practice including pranayama. 4-6pm

Join me, Waratah Karleu...letting go of the old and intentionally creating the new....with a well rounded offering leaving you renewed and restored. 

With over 30 years yoga experience within the Iyengar, & 25 + years teaching, this class is open to all levels.

Places are limited. Ideally if you can commit to the full program, all 6 sessions @ a cost of $180. If there are places beyond that, individual session may be available @ $40.

All equipment is provided and the classes will be held on a undercover wooden deck within the Aldinga Scrub area.
