Join me for a super chill Sunday morning vinyasa flow. All levels are welcome. The class is set to a fun playlist of birds, nature sounds, and Sunday drivers on the St. Johns bridge!
We'll meet at the open side of the park near the boat ramp. (Go down Baltimore Street and you'll drive right into the parking lot!)
Yoga class is a sliding scale of $15-$25, sign up here or just show up and pay with cash/Venmo @Allison-Kirley. See you there!
