Yoga in Nature 2025
Event description
Take an hour to reconnect — with yourself, and with nature.
Join us for a weekly outdoor yoga session in the heart of Centennial Park.
This is a gentle, grounding class open to all levels — designed for those who want to unwind, move mindfully, and breathe deeply under the open sky.
There’s no music. No mirrors. Just the natural rhythm of your breath, the rustle of trees, and birdsong in the background. Each session is an invitation to slow down, stretch out, and return to a quieter way of being — one that’s guided by presence rather than pressure.
Through steady, Hatha-inspired movement and breathwork, you’ll gently open your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with the world around you.
Bring your mat, leave your shoes, and arrive just as you are.
Just bring your mat, find a spot, and let nature work its quiet, powerful effects.
Christian is a 500 hrs yoga teacher and nature educator.
His classes offer a grounded space to move, breathe, and reconnect — both with yourself and the natural world.
Please meet at The WILD PLAY Discovery Centre. We will practice out in nature if the weather permits or on the deck of the centre if it rains.
This program is for participants 18+ years.
