Take one hour to recharge and reconnect with nature! 

Join Christian for Yoga in the Park, a relaxing session welcoming everyone looking to unwind, shake off stress, and enjoy a clear headspace. 

Through  mindful movement, this session helps you reset, stretch your body and mind , and connect with the outdoors. 

This session is donation-based
—pay what you can, knowing every dollar supports

Movember’s mental health initiatives, making this hour not just for you but for a good cause. 

Just bring your mat, find a spot, and let nature work its quiet, powerful effects.


Please meet in front of Centennial Park Offices  and we will walk together to the Pine Forest for this program.

This program is for participants 18+ years.

Do not attend our programs, if

  • You show any COVID-19 symptoms or feel unwell
  • You have returned a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test
  • You have been asked to self-isolate

Please follow the NSW Health COVID-19 testing and self-isolating Health Order advice. We will refund your ticket if you are not able to attend due to any of the above reasons.
