Join Pulse Yoga, in collaboration with Sound of Ether and Moore & Moore, for an evening of alchemy—where movement, sound, and community unite within Fremantle’s stunning heritage-listed Moore & Moore art space.

As we move into summer, energy rises and creativity blooms. The air feels lighter, the body awakens, and there’s a natural pull toward expansion, expression, and connection. This is a season to move with flow, open the heart, and attune to the vibrant pulse of life.

This immersive Yang–Yin practice begins with a dynamic vinyasa flow led by Pulse Yoga, embodying the bright, active energy of summer. As movement softens, you’ll transition into a restorative Yin sequence, supported by an evolving live soundscape from Sound of Ether’s Matrika_Music—weaving together diverse frequencies, textures, and electronic sound journeys that elevate and then ground your experience.

The evening concludes with nourishing soup from Moore & Moore Café, inviting you to share, connect, and anchor the experience in community and presence.

Whether you come for the movement, the music, or the moments in between, you’ll leave feeling balanced, inspired, and open—flowing with the radiant energy of summer.
