Yoga provides numerous benefits for women, positively affecting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Restorative and supportive yoga can help alleviate the undesirable side effects of menopause, such as hot flashes, stress, depression, and sleep disturbances.
Join us for a one-month free yoga class at the library as part of the World Menopause Day programmes, increasing flexibility, improving hormonal balance, and reducing stress and anxiety.
All ages are welcome! Spaces are limited!
