Celebrate Maribyrnong Girls Can Week by reconnecting with your mind and body in a beautiful outdoor setting. This gentle yoga session is perfect for all levels, helping to improve flexibility, strength and relaxation while enjoying fresh air and nature.

Location: Beaton Reserve, Yarraville (across the playground)

Time: 6.00pm - 7.00pm

Audience: Women

What to bring: Water bottle and Yoga Mat

Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities. Participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate safely. To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and indemnify the City of Maribyrnong and the program facilitator from any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from their participation in the program, except where caused by the negligence or unlawful conduct of Council or the facilitator.
