Hello, beautiful people!

I'm Ximena from Colombia, and I've been practicing yoga for the past eight years. I'm a lifelong student and devoted practitioner of this beautiful art.

My journey into yoga began with a desire to become more aware of my body and a passion for constantly exploring forms of exercise and movement. One day, by chance, I attended a yoga session in a park in Colombia. From the very first class, I was hooked. I loved the feeling at the end of the class and knew it was something I wanted to cultivate in my life.

I fell in love with the presence this practice brings, its spiritual depth, and the amazing expansion of consciousness it creates.
