Small batch YOGA, at The Yurt
90 minute personalised classes.
These classes have limited spaces.

These classes are for all levels, even if it is your first class or you have an injury currently, or you’ve been practicing forever. Classes always offer modifications & builds, so any may attend & feel fulfilled from the class.

Yoga is not just moving the body into different postures & breathing. There are essentially eight limbs of yoga: Yama (attitudes toward our environment), Niyama (attitudes toward ourselves), Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (restraint or expansion of the breath), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (complete integration).
My classes involve these 8 limbs, as well as additionally, healing touch/reiki (with your permission), scent (essential oils) & sound.

Classes are based on the collective attendees needs, & formed intuitively from these.
I have lowered & adjusted my pricing to suit a variety of situations. Please pick the one that feels right for you.

*Please bring a mat. 
*You are responsible for your physical body. Please ensure you listen to it throughout the classes.

Chantelle makes her Yoga space so beautiful, with gentle music, flowers, scent, & her loving welcoming presence.
I knew as soon as I stepped into the yoga room that I had entered into a sacred space.
Her Asana sequence flowed perfectly, along with her voice that is so mesmerising.
I felt my body become lighter & my mind calmer as I continued to attend her classes.
