Having trouble sleeping? Feel stressed or tense? Then come along to experience the deeply relaxing meditation practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra aka yogic sleep is a guided meditation which slows down the body and mind to induce a state between waking and sleeping for deep rest and relaxation - 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent of 4 hour sleep!

So many of us don’t get enough sleep or there are worries, excitement or other feelings on our mind, which keep us wide awake. Our days are so busy filled with errands, commitments, should do’s and keeping up with what’s happening in the world, that it can feel relentless.

So join me for an hour of deep sleep, rest and relaxation to restore and rebalance our mind, body and spirit. We’ll finish the session with a cup of herbal tea.
