Feeling like a frazzled noodle? Come get gently unwound in this cozy online Yoga Nidra session—a guided meditation where you don’t have to do anything but lie down, listen, and let go. Perfect for the stressed, the sleepless, and anyone who’s had enough. Think of it as nap-adjacent rest for your nervous system, no flexibility required. Pajamas welcome.

Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a deep relaxation practice excellent for supporting healing through grief, times of prolonged or acute stress, and fatigue. It is a completely floor-based practice and includes a little bit of self-massage, some tensing and relaxing of muscles, and a prolonged period of listening to the voice of a guide while remaining still and comfortable. It's super accessible and a perfect option for anyone who doesn't have energy left to do more than lie there and heal.
