  • Starting with everybody's favourite yoga position 'Savasana' (lying flat on our backs), this 1-hour guided session focuses on: 🧘‍♀️ Stillness Meditation: Cultivate calm and clarity by practicing the art of being present. 🌟 Body Scan Awareness: Release tension and reconnect with your body, one breath at a time. 🌙 Resilience Building: Train your mind to respond to stress with greater ease and balance. 😴 Better Sleep: Improve your quality of sleep by deeply relaxing the nervous system. ✨ Awareness Training: Enhance mindfulness and strengthen your connection to the present moment. 💖 Emotional Well-Being: Create space to process emotions and nurture inner peace.
