Yoga, Reset & Regulate

Join me for a wholesome evening of gentle movement, nervous system regulation practices, journaling, and connection with yourself and other beautiful women.

During our 2 hours together, we will …

✨ flow through a gentle yoga sequence to ground and connect to your body

✨ integrate different nervous system tools to reset your system and unwind

✨ use the power of visualisation and gentle breathwork to recharge and energise your system

✨ journal and reflect to release what has not been consuming your energy and build new supportive habits

✨ connect to other like-minded women within our sharing circle

This workshop is for you if you've been feeling stressed, drained, overwhelmed, unmotivated lately and want to re-energise, calm your nervous system and come back to yourself and your body. This workshop is also for you if you're simply looking for a nourishing evening to recharge, reset and ground.
