Number 2 @ Evermoore, coming up last weekend of October 25-27, now taking bookings....Our next yoga retreat is in a castle, yes that right, at a beautiful new and exciting venue close to Bellingen. The caste is called Evermoore guesthouse and retreat. This is our second retreat using this dreamy place, like living in a fantasy, come and experience the magic for yourself. The whole retreat takes you on a journey back to yourself. Through the koshas, like peeling back layers of an onion until you find your center. After all yoga means union! Lets reunite with our innermost depths and see what bliss we might find there. Our yoga classes (asana practice) are inspired by revitalizing the 7 chakras. We begin with the base and work out way to the crown. Clearing, cleansing, revitalizing, and refreshing our 7 chakras. You will have these tools for life after living them over the 3 days on retreat. This is a lifechanging retreat and will offer you a more elevated and uplifted version of yourself upon leaving.

Our facilitators will accommodate your every need, with 2 yoga instructors sharing 4 main classes over 3 days. 8 hours of yoga asana minimum. The yoga is for beginners and advanced, as we use props to help makes poses more enjoyable. I, myself am restorative trained, going for my Iyengar assessment next year. I have been teaching yoga now about 6 years, practiced over 25. Our other yoga instructor Rani grew up in ashrams, her parents were yogis, and is a very knowledgeable, and wonderful teacher aswell.

We are very passionate about all things yoga! Other forms of yoga are explored offering an introduction into sacred geometry, called yantra. These geometric symbols can be used as a visual meditation tool, and creating them is also a meditative journey in itself. We delve into mantra and kirtan (yoga singing for elevation and enlightenment) with a fun vibe on Saturday night. Yoga philosophy will be discussed throughout the retreat and journaling is encouraged to capture those pearls of wisdom, which will be shared. Friday evening 2 hours of yoga. Saturday 2 hours morning and 2 hours afternoon. Sunday morning another 2 hour yoga session. Each class has a unique theme, relating to the chakras. However that's not all! We will offer morning meditation sessions, with pranayama techniques introduced and sound healing for the 7 chakras specifically.

This is a full introduction to yoga on many levels. So it is suitable for beginners, however advanced yoga students are also welcome, and will also get so much from the weekend. The weekend is fully catered with delicious and nutritious, healthy, tasty, fresh, vegetarian food.
All yoga props are provided.The castle itself is exquisite, with all the modern touches, has 2 double rooms and one twin share. There is also an Octagon room externally that has a standing bath tub and sleeps 4.
The property is magnificent with never never river running through it, it is absolute luxury, in natural paradise. The castle rooms will book out fast, however there is an option to camp or sleep in a van. That option is a bit cheaper, of course, for those wanting to save some money.
