Join us for a gentle half-day retreat each month on a beautiful horse property adjacent to a wildlife lagoon/nature reserve just outside Sydney.

A day to be held in nature, alongside horses, and within a small, supportive group engaging in various classical yoga practices to restore wellbeing, simplicity, softness, slowness and connection.
