Looking to cultivate calm, build strength, and increase flexibility? Join us for Yoga at the University of Notre Dame!
This mat-based class blends movement with guided breathwork and mindfulness practices, helping you reconnect with your body, release tension, and find your inner balance. Led by an experienced instructor, this session offers a welcoming space to stretch, strengthen, and restore – no matter your level of experience.
This class is only available to current UNDA students and members of the gym.

📍 Location: University of Notre Dame Staff/Student Gym
📅 Date: Mondays 4pm-5pm, Wednesdays 8am-9pm and Thursdays 8am-9am.
🎟 Cost: Free for Students and Staff Gym Members
🧘 Open to all levels – beginners welcome!
Please bring a towel and water bottle.
Spaces are limited – book ahead to secure your spot.
Note: You will not be able to participate without a ticket.
