These classes are ideal for anyone who uses their voice and wants to keep their body and voice in optimal health, it can be especially beneficial for singers, actors, performers, yoga practitioners, teachers and musicians.

Sascha Perfect (RYT 200 RYVT250)

Sascha is a qualified yoga teacher and performer. She has a RYT 200 accreditation from Hot Yoga Wellington, a RYVT 250 with YogaVoice and is currently training to be a Soul Voice practitioner. Her yoga journey began in Ireland and she has trained with voice and somatic practitioners in Europe including Frank Van De Ven, Tadashi Endo, Enrique Pardo, Anne Marie Blink, Karina Schelde and traditional Vedic chanting with Menaka Desikachar.
