Take this weekend to unwind and reconnect to yourself!

A weekend with different types of Yoga classes (Yin, Slow Flow, Vinyasa), meditation walks along a Farm Land, woodfired Sauna & explore your senses through a Sound bath & Cacao Ceremony (relaxing mediation with Singing bowls), Horse Trekking and Deep Tissue Massages will also be offered.

With a casual approach to your weekend, do as much or as little as you like! From a hammock and a book to exploring the farm estuaries by kayak, or walking out in the private bush, you can unwind both actively or passively around the schedule, you decide. We are trying to offer a big variety with different types of Yoga classes and several Yoga Teachers. Suitable for all Yoga levels, join as much as you feel like it.

The Location offers a great leisure facility on the beautiful secret coastal road near Oakura (1h north east of Whangarei).

The Farm is a Homestay and Backpackers, please book your The Farm Accommodation (Camping, Dorm or Hut) and provide your own food in addition to your Yoga weekend Package.

Kitchen facilities with all necessary Utensils will be provided.

A 60min Deep Tissue Massage OR a Horse ride (max weight of rider: 90kg) is already part of your package. In case you would like to do both, just add it to your Ticket.

Weekend overview:

Friday 29.11.: 4pm Welcome for early arrivals, meditative walk in nature, 7:30pm opening Circle & Yin Yoga (80min), Sauna open from 4pm onwards

Saturday 30.11.: 8am Slow Flow (90min), Horse Treks & Massages can be carried out, leisure time at Farm or surroundings (Beaches), 6pm Sound bath & Cacao ceremony, Sauna open from 2pm onwards.

Sunday 01.12.: Sunrise mediation and breath work on the Beach (own transport), 10:30am Vinyasa Yoga (90min), 12pm Closing circle, Sauna open from 9am-2pm, Horse Treks & Massages can be carried out. (Check out will be at 10am, Kitchen, Bathrooms and Hang out spaces open all day.

Please be aware, that you have to book your accommodation through The Farm booking system separately book it here for 29.11.-01.12., booking reference will be "Yoga Weekend". There will be other guest in communal areas. Yoga, Sound bath & Sauna will be in private.
