The Flow & Stillness Ritual: Breath-Synchronized Movement & Deep Rest
Begin your week with a deliberate shift in energy. This class blends dynamic, breath-synchronized movement flows with restorative mindfulness to reset your body and nervous system. The first half of class challenges and opens the physical body through an intentional, fluid sequence. The practice concludes with an extended, immersive rest featuring either a guided meditation or a resonant sound-based experience. No matter who is guiding you this Monday, you will walk out feeling completely integrated, clear, and balanced.
All levels are welcome, from those completely new to Yoga to experienced practitioners looking to refine their practice.
These classes are offered by donation.
About the teachers

Daphne Demekas
Daphne received her Ashtanga certification at One Breath of Yoga in Mexico, studying under Coco (Corinne Lepage). Coco trained in Mysore, India with V. Sheshadri in the traditional lineage of T. Krishnamacharya and Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and later completed an apprenticeship with Michael Gannon. Daphne's classes honor the traditional elements of the practice: opening and closing mantras, attention to breath (ujjayi pranayama), and drishti (focused gaze). She teaches an abbreviated primary series accessible to all levels, welcoming both newcomers to Ashtanga and those looking to deepen an existing practice.

Cindy Leow
Cindy is an entrepreneur and yoga teacher at heart. She is the co-founder of NARA Movement and Wellness. She completed her 200-hour YTT at Alchemy Yoga in Bali. Her teaching blends fluid vinyasa, thoughtful sequencing, and immersive sound to create a practice that feels grounding and expansive.

Michael Angyus
Michael was introduced to yoga in a high school course at Lincoln High School in Portland, Oregon. As a three sport athelete, he immediately fell in love with a practice that could take care of his body and mind. He enjoyed it enough that for his final project he asked to take over the class and lead his fellow students through a session. This passion continued in college courses, regular Yoga class attendance, and personal practice for 10+ years before he earned his 200HR Yoga Teacher Training certification. While he had developed a distinguished intuition for shifting his mind into bodily awareness and addressing the needs of his health through meditation and feeling, the official training exposed him to ancient yogic literature that he had not deeply explored during his years of practice. It deepened and blended his understanding of meditation with his practice of yoga, something he is proud to offer to his students.
