    Yoga with Pippa

    Event description

    Join Pippa in gentle hatha style yoga sessions.

    We will begin with pranayama, breathwork, then move into gentle asanas, physical postures. 

    We will finish with a 10minute relaxation meditation.

    Benefits of Yoga include:

    - Reduced anxiety and stress

    - Increased flexibility

    - Improved range of motion, balance and strength

    - Decrease blood pressure

    If you've ever tried yoga, are experienced or you are new to the practice, everyone is welcome.

    Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, yoga socks (if you have them) and layers of clothes for the cooler weather of winter. The Hall is quite cold, please bring a warm blanket with you.

    If you would like to borrow any items (Mat, blanket or pillow) please send me a message at Or alternatively let me know on the day. I will have 2 sets of spares each session, first come first served.

    Pippa has completed her 350hr Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. She has taught Yoga for Charity (Live Life Get Active), for community groups and also for NDIS clients, for the past 5 years.
