Event description

This is a 6 week course. Classes will run each Monday 9:45am-10:45am from 5 May - 16 June, excluding the Public Holiday Monday 2 June.

The benefits of yoga are felt instantly. Develop and enhance your own yoga practice. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket with you. Creche is available.
