Give yourself the gift of the unique experience of deep relaxation and rejuvenation with Yoga Nidra / Non-Sleep Deep Rest Meditation. Each week we experience a meditation with different themes. Practiced lying down or seated. Bring a yoga mat, a small blanket or towel (to keep warm) [optional: cushions + eye mask]. This practice is not suitable for people with schizophrenia.

About your facilitator
Hayley is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner & Coach, certified facilitator of PSYCH-K® & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / tapping) & Yoga Nidra, NSDR Instructor.
It is wonderful to experience the regenerative, balancing and healing impacts of Yoga Nidra and non-sleep deep rest (NSDR). In addition to instructing this traditional method, Hayley also uses the techniques to help individuals to achieve subconscious shifts in other areas of their lives.
