Event description

The ocean becomes the bed of the lotus-naveled Vishnu when at the termination of every Yuga, that deity of immeasurable power enjoys Yoga-Nidra, the deep sleep under the spell of meditation. -Mahabharata Book 1 section XXI

Join me for Yoga Nidra Meditation in the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
Every Monday 8-8.45 pm AWST. 

Decrease: stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms.
Increase: creativity, resiliency, mindfulness, sleep quality, concentration, immunity.

YOU WILL NEED
Comfortable laying position where you are likely to be left undisturbed
Zoom downloaded on your device (phone, tablet)
Earbuds or earphones
OPTIONAL pillow, blanket, eye pillow, bolster (or something similar under your knees for the comfort of the lower back) 

Either sign up for every Monday within the month or drop in for a single session when you can, paying only for what you can attend. 
You will receive an email with the Zoom information an hour or two before the session starts. 

Self-care is not selfish. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.
