Yoghurt and Cheese Making Workshop

IMPORTANT: This workshop is available to North Sydney residents ONLY. Proof of residence will be required on the day.

Due to the limited number of tickets available residnets can only book for a single ticket to allow opportunities for others.

This hands-on workshop covers yoghurt and cheese-making basics and techniques. You’ll get to help make some cheese and taste the results yourself.

In this workshop you’ll be learning:

- how to make yoghurt - with and without a yoghurt machine

- how to make labneh

- how to make ricotta

- how to press your soft cheese to harden it

You'll be able to sample and take home some cheese and you’ll receive all the notes and recipes plus the hands-on confidence to reproduce all the cheeses in your own kitchen. We'll cover key topics such as milk, temperatures and cultures.

What to bring

Please bring your own cup and a spoon to sample some of the yoghurt and cheese that will be offered on the day as samples.
