Description
"You Are" is a community-wide women's gathering. with the main purpose of encountering God in freedom and truth. Our prayer is that we will grow deeper in our faith through teaching and worship, connect with other women, and leave encouraged in who God really is and who He says we are.
COME TOGETHER | WORSHIP GOD | BE FREE
We will come together, women of all ages (18 years old through 118), from all denominations to worship God, & by God's grace, leave the conference knowing and believing we can be free in Jesus Christ.

Who's Leading the Way
Stasi Eldredge: Main Speaker & Breakout Speaker
Stasi Eldredge is a New York Times bestselling author, and her books have sold nearly 3 million copies and changed women's lives all over the world. A teacher and conference speaker, Stasi is the cofounder of Wild at Heart, a ministry devoted to helping people discover the heart of God, recover their own hearts in God’s love, and learn to live in God’s Kingdom. Her passion is to see lives transformed by the beauty of the gospel. She and her husband, John, make their home in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Steph Lee: Main Speaker & Breakout Speaker
Stephanie Lee is a passionate communicator, teacher, leader, and follower of Jesus who encountered Him at 19, an experience that transformed her life forever. For nearly 30 years, Steph has devoted her life to helping women, teens, children, and families know and experience the deep love of God. In 2013, she founded You Are, Inc., an intergenerational, interdenominational nonprofit ministry that creates spaces and resources for people to encounter God, discover who they are in Christ, build meaningful community, and impact the world for His Kingdom. Steph is passionate about the power of team, collaboration, and authentic relationships, bringing joy, creativity, and a deep sensitivity to the Holy Spirit into everything she does. She loves people deeply and has a gift for making others feel seen, known, and loved. Her favorite roles, however, are being wife to Brian and mom to their four amazing kids. Whether she’s leading, teaching, creating, encouraging, or simply gathering people around a table, Steph is passionate about seeing people experience God for who He truly is and, because of His presence, live abundant and purposeful lives.
Meredith Perryman: Main Speaker & Breakout Speaker
Author of The Whole Story: Eternity from the Beginning, Meredith has been a speaker and emcee at women’s conferences, taught at women’s retreats and community events, directed and taught a woman’s weekly Bible study, and is a life coach with Breakthrough to Purpose. One of Meredith’s greatest joys is to come alongside women in their journey and help identify obstacles in their path so they can live unhindered and unleashed for the advancement of God’s kingdom. She has witnessed God’s love and power time and time again as He has set women free. There is nothing she loves to do more! Lizi Bailey: Worship Leader & Breakout Speaker
Lizi is a worship leader and singer/songwriter/recording artist. She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, Matthew. They have 5 children, two awesome daughters-in-law and the cutest grandson. Lizi has released multiple recording projects of original music about life, love and being human, as well as music for the church. She loves nature, hiking in the mountains, good conversation, and discovering what it means to become a fully alive human who knows and loves her Lord. Kathryn Gardner: Breakout Speaker
Kathryn Gardner is a wife, mom, pastor, and passionate gatherer who loves creating spaces where people feel welcomed, known, and loved. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Kathryn and her husband, Nick, have been married nearly ten years and are parents to their miracle baby boys, Josiah and Daniel. After a decade in public and private education, Kathryn stepped into full-time ministry and now pastors alongside Nick at Citizens Church in Bryan-College Station and serves as Director of the You Are Conference. She is passionate about creating spaces where Jesus is welcomed, honored, and made much of, and believes everyone deserves a place to belong and encounter His love. Kathryn finds joy in big tables, meaningful moments, and bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to earth through bold love, humble service, and making room for everyone.
