You Are Enough – 9D Breathwork Journey

You Are Enough -9D Breathwork Journey

You Are Enough is for anyone worn down by the never-ending chase for external validation — or by the inner critic, feelings of inadequacy and the weight of society’s “shoulds.”

If you find yourself comparing your worth with other people’s, second-guessing yourself, or feeling like you’re somehow both “too much” and “not enough,” this journey offers space to turn inward and reconnect with your own value beyond achievements, appearance or status.

This is an active somatic 9D Breathwork immersion, not a passive affirmation session. Dynamic breath patterns and high-fidelity sound guide a deliberate sequence. Progressive Activation brings old self-limiting narratives into awareness. The journey then moves through phases of full-body tension and release, including two cathartic scream phases, before deepening into Inner Child connection and Somatic Repatterning.

Come as you are. You don’t need to arrive already believing you’re enough. The invitation is to meet what comes up with curiosity and make room for radical self-compassion.

Please bring: a yoga mat, water, journal and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Please read the event waiver and health information before booking. If you’re unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, check with your healthcare professional before attending.
