YOU ARE HELD - Sacred Online Sharing Circle

Lockdown just caught all of us by surprise! If you need a place to share and open up... This is for you.
This is your sacred space to share how you really are and feel. Honest and vulnerable.
Once a day we will come together checking in with each other and holding space. So you will be heard and have the beautiful chance to connect with like minded people.
A short breathing exercise at the beginning will calm your nervous system and through a beautiful meditation led by your host Julia Graeter, you will tune into yourself and how you truly feel.

For one week we will gather on a daily basis!

Together we create a beautifully sacred and safe space to share, listen, breathe, meditate, journal and express.
Once we know if we stay in lockdown for longer, there will be an opportunity to extend this daily get-together.
