    Event description

Supporting and Celebrating the Transition from Boyhood to Manhood.

Connect - Learn - Play - Grow... have loads of fun!

    Ages 8 -16, with age-appropriate groups.

As the world faces rapid change, young men need guidance, connection, and positive male role models more than ever before.

At the same time, society urgently needs mature, empowered young people to lead us into the future.

Young Men is a Mentoring and Rites of Passage program dedicated to supporting young men in becoming the stewards of tomorrow.

This school holiday workshop is designed to bring young men out of isolation and into meaningful connection—with themselves, their peers, and caring mentors who are here to guide them.

The boys will form two groups of relative age and be supported in a nurturing and safe way. Limited numbers per group.

Facilitated by community leaders/teachers of men and boys who have decades of experience in supporting young people to fully thrive.

We leave the crux of the day up to the imagination, but what the young men can expect is a range of adventure and action-based challenges that push him and energise him through movement, play and inclusive style practices along with hands-on nature work and craft.

The leaders also guide gentle discussion and education pieces on important topics that are age-sensitive, such as confidence, how to relate and treat others in relationships, finding purpose and understanding negative habits such as gaming, pornography and drug/alcohol use.
