Event description

We are excited to announce this event dedicated to raising awareness and
understanding of the needs of those living with Young Onset Dementia, their carers
and family.

The Summit will be a hybrid event, with in-person attendance at the Jasper Hotel Melbourne (489 Elizabeth St City) and a capacity for online attendance.

Please register for the attendance type that suits you - in-person or online. If you are attending online, a link will be sent in the days prior to the Summit.
