Join Us for the Young Women in Leadership Panel – Be Inspired!

Are you passionate about empowering women and young people to achieve leadership positions? Join us for an inspiring evening where you'll hear from a dynamic panel of young women who have successfully navigated their paths to leadership. This event is an opportunity to gain insights, learn valuable tips, and be inspired by the journeys of these accomplished women.

About the Speakers:

  • Caitlin Figueiredo – A proud Goan-Australian with broad experience across international, federal, and state sectors. Caitlin specialises in organisational and strategic transformation, social policy, and human-centered design.
  • Delfina Shakespeare – A program manager at Sport Integrity Australia concentrating on empowering women and girls. Delfina also serves as a Match Official for National and State-level football competitions, advocating for fairness and integrity on the field.
  • Dr Kath Hall – A leading expert in corporate governance and an advocate for women and young people, Dr Kath Hall does inspiring work for Women on Boards Australia and the Women’s Justice Network. She brings extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, and research.
  • Kate Waterford – Managing Partner at Maliganis Edwards Johnson and mother of three children, Kate is driven by a deep commitment to social justice and family. She has a passion for championing women and addressing birth trauma. With an impressive career in medical negligence, she skilfully balances her professional and personal life.
