Event description

Chances are your 2024 was full of 'shoulds' and ‘gonnas’.

You should buy a house, you should pay it off, you should save more, you should have a family, you should send your kids to the right school, you should be sticking to a budget, you should drive the right car and be seen in the right clothes...

Or you were gonna start investing, you were gonna open that shares account, you were gonna cancel your credit card.

Should, gonna, should.

The truth is, 'shoulds' and ‘gonnas’ have the power to derail your finances - because often they're not things you WANT.

That means they're easy to give up on or not able to be followed through.

Let’s change that for you and make 2025 your best year yet.

Join me, Mel Browne, ex-financial advisor, investor and now financially independent in my own right (after coming back from less than nothing in my thirties) as I take you through a workshop following the process I’ve been running for the past 7 years: Your Best Year Yet.

Together, we’ll look at:

  • Why goal setting is so important and the neuroscience behind it
  • You’ll set your long-term goals
  • You’ll set your best year yet goals for 2025
  • You’ll understand what should you concentrate on first
  • You’ll set sprint goals and understand what you should be doing for the next 90 days

Together you’ll not just set some vague New Year's resolutions, but you’ll walk away with a Workbook filled with a plan you’re excited to put into place in 2025.

Date: 4 December

Time: 5pm for 5:30pm start til 7:30pm

Where: Level 6/ 8 Chifley – Cnr Hunter and Phillip Streets

https://www.melissabrowne.com.au/yourbestyearyet

Cost: $79 per person

P.S. the room will be set up workshop style which means you’ll have the opportunity to meet others in the community and share your goals and experiences with them
