- Then we look into the future. We'll be imagining, planning, and preparing to squeeze all that we can out of 2023.
MATERIALS YOU'LL NEED
- Download and print free booklet (Sent within your confirmation email)
- Access to your calendar for 2022 (for reflection)
- A pen or pencil
- A quiet space without interruptions
- (Optional) Coloured pencils (purely for decorating purposes)
YOUR HOST
Your charismatic host for the session is Sarah; a health-care professional (Nuclear Medicine Technologist), semi-retired world traveller (50+ countries), trained teacher and yoga instructor, confidence and dating coach, matchmaker, business owner, connections designer and friend to all.
LOCATION
Online in Zoom. Participate from the comfort of your own home, a cafe, the local library or wherever you can find wifi. You'll receive access instructions via email.
