Steven has been passionate about natural whole foods since 1971. As a nutrition consultant, author, and educator, he has spent decades helping people discover the healing power of food.

He worked at a medical clinic in Germany, co-directed a health education centre in Sweden, and has lectured in 27 countries. His books, including Eating the Wu Way – for a longer, healthier life, have reached readers in multiple languages.

A regular speaker at health fairs across Europe and Australia, Steven continues to share his knowledge through writing, teaching, and public talks. He splits his time between Melbourne and Sweden/Europe.

Steven also offers personal consultations, guiding people toward a healthier lifestyle and improved well-being through the power of food and natural healing.
