About the Presenter: Lauren is a full-stack digital marketer with over 15 years of experience across both B2B and B2C sectors, including e-commerce, tech, health and wellbeing, and the arts. She specialises in customer acquisition and retention strategies, with deep expertise in email marketing, search engine marketing, and paid social campaigns.
As a Digital Advisor with Business Foundations, Lauren works one-on-one with small businesses through the Australian Government’s Digital Solutions Program, helping them build digital capability and confidence. Known for her practical, down-to-earth approach, she’s passionate about making marketing feel achievable – and even enjoyable – for time-poor business owners.
