Welcome to Your Floating Sound Bath

This experience is an invitation to step away from the constant doing, the noise and the demands of everyday life — and give yourself permission to stop, relax and simply be.

For 75 minutes, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to achieve.

As you settle onto your floating mattress, allow yourself to feel supported by the water beneath you. Close your eyes, soften your body and let yourself become completely immersed in the experience.

A Fully Immersive Experience

Unlike a traditional sound bath, your experience takes place floating on the water.

As you float, Himalayan singing bowls and other sound instruments are played around you, beside you and over you, allowing sound and vibration to surround you from different directions.

With the gentle movement of the water beneath you and sound moving through the space around you, you are invited to switch off from the outside world and simply experience the feeling of being supported.

Please wear something comfortable that you can completely relax in.

You will be floating on a mattress on top of the water, rather than being immersed in the pool. Your feet may get wet as you enter and exit your float.

Your Client Intake Form and Waiver will be emailed to you prior to the event. Please complete and return both before attending your session.

Your floating mattress, blanket and eye mask will be waiting for you.

Everything else is taken care of.

Simply arrive, settle in and give yourself permission to stop.
