Nannup Self-discovery workshop - 11th January
Event description
YOUR JOURNEYÂ ~ ONE OF LOVE AND CONNECTION ~
Join Gemma and Adele to weave a new framework of connection to self and others.
Resource lost qualities, moving feelings of dis-ease, overwhelm and stress, to a space of love and connection through art, colour, movement and sound.Â
Then integrate these qualities further with the healing nature of sound and vibration through an immersive sound bath.
Parking -Â There is limited parking at the side of the community house, however, there is plenty of parking on Brockman Street in front of the caravan park.Â
Schedule
Arrive - On arrival there are kitchen and bathroom facilities available if required before you settle in. We ask that shoes be removed once you arrive and socks be worn from here on.
Get Comfortable - Find yourself a space that feels comfortable. There is the option of chairs if you prefer to be seated off the floor. We have a limited number of blankets and bolsters available for added comfort.
Journey Within - Gemma will guide you through a process to create a reconnection to self or others by identifying missing qualities and replace them using art, colour and movement. All while you are supported with sound from Adele. Though this is a group session, this is also an individual journey. There are no expectations for you to share any aspect of this journey with the group, though you are as equally welcome to share it all if it feels right for you and the group. And don't be worried about your artistic skills. As long as you can close your eyes and move your hand over a piece of paper, you will be wonderful. Your artwork is for you, not something we share with the group.Â
Sound Journey -Â With all your new resources, Adele will assist you to once again settle in, relax and go deeper to further integrate these qualities during an immersive sound bath.
Reflection & Sharing -Â After the workshop has concluded you will have space to reflect on your time. You may wish to be in silence, journal or share your experienced with the group.
