Join Candice, a dedicated Women’s Pelvic health Physiotherapist, for a supportive workshop designed to empower women with knowledge and tools for lifelong pelvic health.
Candice will guide you through the different stages of Pelvic health from teens to Menopause and beyond, how your body changes over time, why it matters, and how to navigate through each stage.
