Your Rights, Your Service, Your Supports - NDIS Provider Workshop
Event description
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission has asked Advocacy WA to deliver training across South West WA to support both providers and participants in meeting Quality and Safeguards standards, expectations, and quality support.
As part of this important initiative, Advocacy WA will be reporting back to the Commission on participation and outcomes. This is your opportunity to be involved in shaping best practice across the region.
Your Rights, Your Services, Your Supports is a practical and engaging NDIS provider workshop delivered by Advocacy WA.
Specifically designed for providers, team leaders, and frontline staff, this session supports continuous improvement and quality service delivery in line with the NDIS Practice Standards. Whether you’re new to leadership or a seasoned provider, you’ll walk away with real-world strategies, tools, and reflections you can use right away.
Presented by Sarah Pepper, Quality and Safeguards Manager at Enable WA, this workshop is grounded in lived experience across roles including Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Support Coordinator, and frontline Support Worker. Sarah brings warmth, insight, and a toolkit of practical tips for embedding rights, managing complaints, and fostering quality at every level of service.
