Event description
Your Rights, Your Supports, Your Service – NDIS Rights Workshop
A free, inclusive workshop for people with disability and their support network, including families, and support workers.
Do you know what your rights are under the NDIS?
Do you feel confident speaking up if something isn’t right?
Your Rights, Your Supports, Your Service is a free workshop designed by and for people with disability. Whether you’re a participant, a family member, or a support worker, this session will help you build the knowledge and skills to understand your rights and act on them.
You’ll learn:
✔ What your rights are when using NDIS services
✔ How to recognise safe, respectful, and high-quality support
✔ What to do when you feel unsafe or unheard
✔ How to speak up in a way that works for you
We’ll explore real-life stories, Easy Read tools, and practical ways to advocate for yourself or others. Workshops are co-delivered by facilitators with lived experience in a safe, supportive, and accessible environment.
This is your space. Your voice matters.
Let’s learn together and make services better for everyone.
