Ocean Swim · Breathwork · Sound Healing • Breakfast Picnic · Connection · Heart Opening Ceremonial Cacao   

I will supply heart opening ceremonial cacao, lovingly crafted with intention and gratitude to uplift your spirit and connect you to your heart space. 

You are welcome to come along even if you don’t want to swim, stay or leave as long as you feel like it. 

What to Bring:

- BYO Breakfast - (for yourself if you choose) 

- Yoga Mat / Blanket to sit on 

- Towel if swimming
